Blogger is a free blog hosting platform owned by search engine giant Google.There are three steps at blogger to create a blog freely.First to create an account,next name your blog & then to choose a template.Details listed below.

1. Go to blogger.com & click on create your blog now to sign up.In the next screen, fill up your personal data like your e-mail ID,password & display name etc.After filling up all the fields, click on continue.If you already have a Google account, You can sign in by entering your username & password at the relevant field.And then in the next screen click on create your blog now.
2. In the next step, you will have to name your blog.First select a unique name for your blog & type it at blogger address url & check for it's availability.If the blog address is available, then choose the blog title accordingly & click continue.If you select your blog address as ABC, then your blog url will be http://ABC.blogspot.com.
3. In the third & the final step, you will have to select a template from the available list & now your blog is ready to publish your posts.

Now go to dashboard & create post & view your blog.You can even monetize your blog by attracting traffic & displaying advertisements on it.
